Jan Hurley

Jan Hurley is the Office Administrator for Langley Wealth Management, having come on board as Langley’s first employee in November 2014. Jan is responsible for all aspects of Langley’s day-to-operations, including customer account processing and maintenance; acting as the primary point person on client-related concerns and scheduling issues, and working with the firm’s RIA and financial custodian on operational and compliance issues. She uses her positive attitude, training, attention to detail, and organizational skills to ensure that our clients always receive impeccable service and support.

Jan is a proud Corinth native with deep ties to the community - having graduated from both Alcorn Central High School and Northeast Mississippi Community College. She began her career as a legal assistant at Price, Krohn & McLemore Law Firm. Jan elected to change careers and move into the banking world when a Price Krohn partner was appointed President of Mississippi Operations of SOUTHBank. She worked at SOUTHBank for 18 years and held multiple positions including Vice President of Marketing, the Assistant to the President of Mississippi Operations and Corporate Board Secretary. During her time at SOUTHBank, Jan received her diploma from the University of Mississippi School of Banking, and also earned her Mississippi Real Estate license. From 2008 to 2014, she owned her own small business (a cosmetics boutique named Beau Soi). Jan’s wide-ranging experience across many industries gives her a unique skill set in many avenues of finance and business.

In her free time, Jan enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and son, Dalton, and her close family and friends. Other hobbies include cooking, reading, home renovation, and traveling.
